Items listed as "Ready to Ship" typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Items listed as "Made to Order" or "Custom" have production lead times provided on product pages with conditions.
The Classica Cameo production lead time varies. Production lead time always begins once required information and photos have been submitted and approved—not from the date of the order.
Once you place an order, we will communicate with you via email or SMS text regarding your order. You will be notified of confirmation of an order, ship date for an order, and in some cases when an order is delivered.
All orders over $200 require signature upon delivery.
Free shipping is offered on most orders of $200 or more, if shipped within the contiguous United States. Free shipping methods may vary, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date with this option.
Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold or need expedited shipping will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, with rates calculated at checkout.
We ship most orders once they are completed in full. If lead times vary significantly for items in an order, we may reach out to offer separate shipping. Additional shipping charges may be required to ship items separately.
Depending on the shipping carrier, we may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or addresses that can't be validated.
Our free shipping offer does not include returned or exchanged items. Any and all shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
You are responsible for accepting your order delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable for unsuccessful delivery attempts.
If a signature is required for delivery, you are responsible for being available to receive your delivery from the carrier. If a delivery cannot be made due to too many unsuccessful attempts by the carrier, Otho Studio is not responsible for additional shipping fees.
Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience a delay in delivering your package. Otho Studio is not responsible for carrier delays.
Otho Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages, and it is your responsibility to provide a secure location address for delivery. If a package is reported as lost in transit (prior to delivery), we will do our best to assist with locating and recovering the package with the carrier. Once a package has been delivered, Otho Studio cannot assist with reporting a lost or stolen package. You may report lost or stolen packages with the carrier by providing the tracking number and details about your situation. We also recommend filing a police report if you believe your package was stolen.
Shipping policies are the same for Trade Program Orders, however, we may be able to accommodate specific shipping requests if you get in touch with us prior to placing your order.
Some Trade-only items may require insurance in addition to signature for delivery due to the value of goods being transported. Carriers are responsible for handling insurance claims, as Otho Studio is unable to assist in this process.
Made to order, customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with the necessary form required to begin the process.
Online orders for non-custom items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your items. Items must be in original condition, unused and with all original packaging to be accepted for return. Shipping charges for returned and exchanged items are your responsibility, and you must provide a tracking number to verify return shipment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive qualifying returned items. Otho Studio cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds for returned or exchanged items—only store credit. Store credit will be applied on a virtual gift card and expires 1 year after the date issued.
If an item arrives damaged, it is important that you keep all original packaging and immediately contact us by providing your order number and details to email@example.com.
We will replace damaged items once you submit photos of delivery condition (to assist us with damage assessment), reship items to us with label we provide, and we have received original damaged items. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or exchange shipping costs. Otho Studio can not be held responsible for lost return shipments.
If made to order, customized or personalized items arrive damaged, lead time may be the same as original order. We cannot guarantee expedited lead times for replacement items, however we will do our absolute best to get the replacement items to you as soon as possible.
Otho Studio reserves the right to cancel any order we believe may have been placed fraudulently or with the intent to commit fraud.
Otho Studio has taken specific steps to prevent order fraud before it happens, both for the protection of our company as well as our clients. We have a zero tolerance policy for any communication that uses dishonest, unlawful, or threatening language.
If we do find fraudulent activity may have taken place (regarding orders, credit card chargebacks or shipments), we will report any unlawful actions to appropriate police jurisdictions, credit card providers, banks, financial institutions, payment processing services, shipping carriers as well as online database resources with information about the incident and perpetrator.
If you have an extenuating circumstance that you feel qualifies you for an exception to our policies, you should reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before taking any action otherwise. If we have fulfilled an order, shipped an order, or begun a custom order and you attempt to file a credit card chargeback before contacting us, Otho Studio will pursue legal action for any and all necessary damages.
